This is an original woodblock print of Carl Schurz Park in New York’s Upper East Side/ Yorkville neighborhood. I carved the shape of Gracie Mansion, the Mayor’s residence into a woodblock I used to make a previous edition of 50.
With the addition of Gracie Mansion, this is part of a limited edition of it’s own. This is a varied edition of 100, meaning each print varies in ink and paper color. No two are alike, yet they are part of a limited edition of 100. Printed by hand in Brooklyn using oil-based relief ink on 100% cotton archival paper. Signed and numbered. 10” x 22” which would float perfectly centered in a 12” x 24” picture frame.
